One day at a time. When it gets hard one minute at a time! It gets better for me over time. Continue asking for help. I encourage working steps with a sponsor! Days I feel I do not need a meeting are the days I go to meetings.

I’m sure it will. Treatment, 1 day at a time, connecting with other sober people will help. If needed and it’s your thing reach out to AA for help.
