I have been to rehab. I have stayed sober for 10 months but after I had our daughter I am full force again. Since Covid, I am not working which make my drinking more often
Yes, COVID is rough for our world right now. So many changes have caused fear, anxiety, lost of money, etc. which drives people to drink.
Have you thought about an AA meeting? There are virtual meetings.
When did you have you daughter? The relapse could be triggered by post partum depression. You might talk to a doctor about it.
