Has anyone experienced sleeplessness with sobriety? I feel AMAZING!! My energy skyrocketed, I have so much clarity, but I have energy at night, and sleeping has been a challenge. I meditate, I drink chammoile tea, I play the 432hz sleep hypnosis on my phone, but I still toss and turn for a few hours before I finally fall asleep.
