Hey Sheryl. I learned when I joined AA just take things day by day, reach out if you feel that you can't handle a situation, join a meeting (Zoom, hybrid or in-person) work the steps and get a sponsor.

These ideas, again, worked for me. I am 2 weeks out from celebrating 6 months of being sober; never felt better :blush:
