Yes it is! Is that you looking at yourself in the mirror? That's a good sign! I remember when I was using, that was the one thing I could never do or felt completely uncomfortable doing, cause I thought I was the biggest piece of garbage. Now after having some time of sobriety, I can tell you that that changes. I've learned that I matter and that I deserve to be happy and content. I'm nowhere near the bad person that I thought I was. I was just sick. Keep up the good work, anything worth having is worth working for. God bless
