Good morning everybody. Day 110 of sobriety here. My sobriety tracker tells me that's a milestone which I'm not sure why but hey, why not right? Today I'm grateful to be alive, to still be a father, and for the people who still think I'm worthwhile after all the chaos that I and my condition caused. I hope we all have an excellent day.

Thank you Amanda. It has been a real journey of self discovery thus far. My tracker also points out that I have saved $3,300 And 110 hours of my life not wasted in bars by not drinking. I recommend such a tracker to everybody.
