Friday and Saturday evenings are my triggers. Work week not so much. I hate myself after a relapse. Now it’s time to love myself.

         Yes, Jen, love yourself! The weekend is only 2 days. You can defeat the weekend and not drink. 
Always love urself no matter what..
Easy fix ...treat Friday and Saturday...like if it was a Monday or Tuesday  reach out to other alcoholics etc don't just sit around overthinking..

Spend time this week identifying the things that trigger a relapse on the weekend. Then male plans to avoid those triggers.
