Freedom is in your hands, but you're afraid to LET GO.
One obtains the knowledge of the Source by discarding concepts.
You see, you don't know me or yourself because you never can.
Divine nature is never the object of its own knowledge.
Just as a knife doesn't cut itself, fire doesn't burn itself, and life doesn't illumine itself.
There's no such thing as "you" and "me."
It's all me — or all you!
You'll find yourself when you realize there's no self to find.
Until then, question everything you think you know including yourself.
What are you afraid would happen if you dropped your judgments of yourself?
What are you afraid would happen if you allowed yourself to get to know your anxiety better?
What are you afraid would happen if you let go of your petty desires, miserable memories, and useless worries?
Your fear is suffocating you.
And your fear of fear is causing even more unnecessary suffering.
All of your unpleasantness is self-inflicted.
You must unlearn the concepts and ideas that are preventing you from seeing reality as it is.
Then, you'll be liberated.
