Feeling very angry today only have about 40 days of sobriety. Anyone else feel so angry and unable to calm down?
Sometimes I feel that way too and it’s only been 8 days for me. I found that cutting back on caffeine took some of the edge of....sometimes.
The anger and agitation is normal. You're feeling things you've repressed.
