Emotional Fitness in Sobriety ✨

My emotional being or emotional “fitness” I guess you could say has improved so much since getting sober.

The biggest change I’ve noticed has been being able to pause and consider how I’d like to react to something instead of immeasurably responding based on my emotional state.
