Embracing the Moment

I'm just curious what others do that may help someone to live in today! They say that is one tool to use in sobriety. Just for today! Living in the moment. Focus on where you're at right now in this moment...to be present.
How do you do this? What helps you?

Reminding myself to concentrate on the task I'm involved in at a particular moment. Deep breathing. Inhale but concentrate on the exhale. Good luck

Truth to that... interestingly I was diagnosed with ADD in sobriety..so concentrating takes more effort in my head :relaxed:
