Early sobriety sleep sucks! Not sleeping or if I do

Early sobriety sleep sucks!! Not sleeping or if I do waking up randomly is very annoying. I know i will develop a routine and exercise helps but I have not found that to be the case in early sobriety for me

Perhaps prescription meds.Many of us in AA take them. We just need to regulate our body’s. I know from myself. My minds speed limit is 55 And I’m going 190. Go figure :weary:

Everyone can relate. Sleeping well in early sobriety isn't the norm, unfortunately. Be patient with the process. Incorporate healthy habits. The rest will follow.
