Early sobriety sleep sucks!! Not sleeping or if I do waking up randomly is very annoying. I know i will develop a routine and exercise helps but I have not found that to be the case in early sobriety for me
Perhaps prescription meds.Many of us in AA take them. We just need to regulate our body’s. I know from myself. My minds speed limit is 55 And I’m going 190. Go figure
Everyone can relate. Sleeping well in early sobriety isn't the norm, unfortunately. Be patient with the process. Incorporate healthy habits. The rest will follow.
