Do you keep track of your sober date πŸ“…?

Let's celebrate each and every day the same as we take it day by day.

11/7/20 had it tatted on me in a visible spot to help remind me for any time I feel like I can’t continue, I see it & remember why I need to & why I will. One day @ a time.

Hi everybody, introducing myself at a meeting I only say hi I am Jason. I feel adding alcoholic is labeling and fuels stigma. I don't collect coins or celebrate sober dates. I don't need any falls from grace. It also seems when throwing a number out there, suddenly there are these expectations what Jason should or should not be. I do have a couple people close to me that will acknowledge "my date" and I would be lying if I said it doesn't make me smile. Who doesn't like a little validation . I am not apposed to people that do, I think that is awesome and love to hear it. To me that is a form of hope. I need that, I also think it is important for the new comers as well. I am speaking on personal preference. Happy dates to all!! :sunglasses:
