I hope that being involved with this and the community can help me get through some hard parts. At least I’m glad that to know that I’m not alone anymore

It's a great app! But not to be viewed as a solution. Please go to some meetings and get involved with long time sober AA's. The solution is in the 12 Steps of AA.
