9 days sober. Feel great. Focused on good sleep, exercise and taking meds. Each morning I wake up feeling healthy, i realize how sick I was.

I train for a marathon every year and the last few years have been difficult because of my drinking. My training had suffered and my running was terrible. Now I am approaching it as the running saves me and gives me that dopamine boost you would get from alcohol.
