You got this. I actually pray when it gets hard. I'm a year sober. I will never stop praying. Excepting this is a lifetime goal has been helpful. I think as addicts when want a end date to our suffering and that unnecessary pressure I put on myself always made me relapse. It caused serious anxiety. I finally know and accept one day at a time. Its easier said but you can DO it!
