Day 2 just trying keep my mind positive and busy don't know where to strt are what to do any suggestions?

Online meetings are great. This app is great for that too! There's lots of encouragement and good recovery going on here. You're in the hardest part, but it does get better. Don't be afraid to ask a professional about real medical options if you think that's even a remote possibility that you need more serious help
