Day 15 for me! I am surprised but proud of myself. I'm 35 but felt good to have my parents over last night and my dad saying "I'm proud of you. I havent seen you with your bottle of wine in a while."

Yes it is! This isn't easy for me so I was happy he noticed.

Thank you. Yea it has been hard. I have alot of emotions… embarrassed, ashamed, but at the same time happy and proud.
