This is not necessarily the case for everyone, but the only thing that really worked for me was going to AA meetings, getting a sponsor and working the steps one day at a time

Hi Corey. Make it personal! No matter what the voice in your head says, tell it NO, we are done, that's it! Then consider David's suggestions. And start building from there. NO MATTER WHAT! :v: out!
