Damm sick as fuck and can't get anything to help me stop this whooping type cough dr wanted to prescribed me promethazine with codine well sounded like a set up to make a excuse to get loaded so I refused but nothing is helping me ! What can I do

I find that diffusing some proper essential oils helps my breathing. Also, they have the nebulizers that mists albuterol sulfate into the lungs which helps relax and open the airways. One old school remedy is vicks on the bottom of your feet and pull some socks on!!

Talk to your doctor again and let them know codine is a no go.
