Currently going through family court, and I'm trying to get unsupervised visits and sleep over again, but I need to be in an AA,NA and 12 step program but I don't know where to start.

Most courts will allow you to attend virtual meetings. Check and see… if so, google aa home group. They have 24/7 meetings.
I shouldn’t say most courts… my probation officer didn’t even flinch when I asked her if that would be an okay alternative.
