Coping Strategies/Skills

Whenever Iโ€™m struggling (whether it be with cravings, difficult emotions/situations, etc.), I like to refer to my arsenal of coping strategies/skills.

My Top 3 are:

Connecting with a supportive person in my network. :slightly_smiling_face:

Doing some sort of physical activity like going outside for a walk or doing jumping jacks :weight_lifting_man:t3:

Reading a book that will help me escape in a healthy way for a little while.:open_book:

What helps you to cope when youโ€™re struggling? If youโ€™re struggling now/today, is there a way you can incorporate one of those skills into your day?
