Can't find a rehab in NY that takes my ins.ive hot rock-bottom and on my own and don't know what to do. I don't want to do this anymore
Go to a meeting. Find one online. I moved from NYC 5 years ago but I know a bunch of people in recovery there. let me know if you want me to find the zoom links for some meetings
The sober help section of the app has a listing for every treatment facility in your area. You might also look at the telehelp section of sober help and see if they can give you some guidance.
Have you tried a state-run facility? They might be able to help. If a treatment center ends up not being an option, try just going to one meeting today.
