I'm proud of you for stopping yourself, it's no easy feat. Part of this is celebrating small victories... and over time the victories become greater than the not so victorious moments. Seek out solid coping methods because this is more than just stopping an activity that used to make us feel good. You can do this, even though you're now awake with the demons. You are stronger than you think you are.
