Looking through the prism of my ex & the way things have been going in my life.
In all of time and all of the universe there has never been a person without worth. You have posted several things here that helped others that means you can't be a total waste to everyone. Anyone you were kind too, would see your worth. In fact just a thought. If you said the name of the cashier at the store today, you are less than 5% of the people they encounter and possibly make the biggest impact. The reason is 95% don't say their name. You acknowledge that they are a person by saying their name.
