What actions do you take to actualize yourself?

Setting goals. Ex: I want to be an ESL instructor. Mt objectives are to complete the coursework/obtain certification and find a mentor.
I can't believe I can do something if I don't take action.
I recognize my strengths and work on improving my strengths.
