Being sober feels amazing. Only you can make the choice in your mind to also change the way to choose to feel. Take the goggles off if they're blurred. Just like your eyes adjust in light and in darkness. Be willing to lose so you can win. (It took me a while to understand it too.)

Agreed! Well said. Especially the part that " Only you can make the choice". God gives us the ability to choose. So we're not totally powerless.
