Yeah love it something about being in nature and listening to the sounds and observing plants and animals brings peace to the mind.

I use YouTube for Yoga and some Meditations for addiction. I also use an app called Down Dog for Yoga and Meditation(2 separate apps same brand)

Love this! Yoga, meditation, and the outdoors saved me too!! (Paddling, hiking and backpacking ).
I just hit my year anniversary- keeping these motivational things close to me and getting out or active on hard days saved me!
