Been sober 1.5 weeks (longest I've ever gone without a drink) and I've been doing pretty good. The hardest time is the evening. I always want to do something productive so that I won't think about drinking but then think it's too late at night and then I won't be able to fall asleep. Should I do tasks anyways or does anyone have any tips?

Nothing is helpful like exercise,

But if not wanting to do a full workout.

Then going out for walks is always the next best thing

Exercises, drinking tea, sparkling water help.

Stay focused on your recovery an don’t run that shit will taper off

I have a hard time with that too. I just try to rest and listen to soft music but it's still hit or miss for me. Let me know if you find the trick

Everyone talking about exercise is on the right track.

You're still in early recovery! It would be crazy if it wasn't hard. Get a sponsor, get to meetings, even if they're online. It's practically impossible to do it alone
