Amen to that! There have been times when someone smiled at me and it just turned my day around! It's relatively inexpensive too.

The only thing it cost is that you let go of fear, anger, and hate. Personally I am willing to pay that.

It’s hard to be nice to oneself in a society where people can be so cruel, yes there’s good people but that’s like finding a pearl in an oyster. It’s hard to let go of fear, resentment & anger when certain things & people can be used against you to make you feel less than adequate. I’m trying this whole self love thing, thought I was getting it down but not the case.
The hardest person in the world to love looks at you through your own eyes. Someday you just need to not hate yourself.
