A meeting is a meeting. No beginners. Just people who don’t want to be drunk anymore at various stages in their lives and recoveries.

My therapist specifically told me to try to find beginner meetings or steps 1-3

I do zoom AA meetings, think they cover all steps but sure a sponsor can focus on 1-3 with ya

Don’t give up on yourself brad and keep fighting to be a better person. Not easy road but in the end will be worth it. You got this!

My Tuesday meeting is a step study meeting. We do 1 step per week except for November when we focus on the traditions. If you find a zoom meeting on steps, that will be a good place to start until you find a sponsor and get going yourself.
