Anyone else working through sobriety here in Central Indianapolis? I suffered a work related skull crushing head injury. It has made me realize the way I used to consume alcohol now effects me. As if I drank four times the amount. Has anyone else encountered this?
I haven’t encountered this type of experience personally but I’m fascinated by it. Have you talked to a doctor about what the connection is with alcohol? Sending you warmth

I am working through steps to maintain my sobriety. It has took four years for me to connect my head injury and alcohol consumption as not a acceptable combination
