Anyone else give up caffeine after they quit drinking?

After getting sober caffeine became my new “vice.” Now that I no longer use alcohol to get through social interactions, I started to feel I couldn’t get through them unless I was hyped up on caffeine. But it just worsens the anxiety and makes me feel shaky and jittery so I’ve been trying to quit that totally too. Taking away all “crutches” from myself. Just wondering if anyone else is trying the same?

I gave up coffee - not caffeine - and alcohol at the same time. Changing routines and developing new habits helped.
