Am just starting to think about dating again. How do you go about finding someone in recovery who's ready to date? And how long should you wait before dating?

First year then after that you can start having it with a person....finding that hard to do myself

Hi Lucy. You can use the dating section of this app. You can also find sober people at sober events. Be yourself. Be upfront about your sobriety in the beginning. Don't be willing to date someone who's not sober.

I delete then reinstall hinge like every week :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: it's tough to balance recovery and the need for intimacy and companionship..
