Figure out why you drink and find an alternative. Stress? Drink tea. Can’t sleep? Stretch before bed. Turn off electronics 2 hours before bed.

Speak life over you daily.

You can do it. Pray to a higher power for help.
Admit you have a problem with whatever and hand it over to a higher power for help to get rid of it.

I fell off the wagon recently pretty ashamed of it I just need people’s wisdom right now I’m lost and I have not been found

Every day gets a little easier. When your mouth start to water for it remember what you might not remember, or the hangover that your gonna regret. Hobbies are great to take your mind off it.
How are you doing
Keep reminding your self of your goals and take it one day at a time. Exercise had been a life saver as well.

To speak life means to speak positive affirmations over yourself. Speak love to yourself. Tell you what you are good at. Speak your strengths instead of your weaknesses.

Get a sponsor who knows the Big Book to help u find out what the problem is and the solution to the problem.
Admitting you have a prob mlm em is half the battle. Admitting powerless over our alcoholism is the first step. Keep at it. You got to want it. Remember rock bottom is whenever you decide to quit digging
