Alcohol is everywhere! They make it seem so much fun. I'm proud to say that I have made it through another obstacle these past 2 days in NYC staying with friends and getting lost while trying to get to doctors office. I started to get very overwhelmed and I said the serenity prayer in my head and was able to calm down myself and my husband. It was so much easier than ever. I hope that you all are doing well.
