A high school friend of mine who seemed to have it all died of a drug overdose last night.
He was a doctor. He had climbed Mt Everest. He worked Doctors Without Borders and spent time in Africa.
Addiction doesn’t care about any of that.

I am so sorry for your loss. That's tragic and so true. Sometimes you would never have guessed it but addiction isn't always in pain sight. Hope his family is as ok as they can be.
