90 days today y’all! Lots of meditation and fresh air with my dogs. Five years ago, when I started drinking again, I had completely romanticized what my alcoholism looked like. Kind of happy for the long, slow downward spiral. Plenty of time to marinate in the misery. Here’s to not forgetting but moving on!

Welcome Audrey and congrats on the great work. I have a similar story. Was sober for about a year and a half and thought I could handle a few drinks. Spoiler alert… I couldn't. I'm proud of you for your 90 days… Here's to 90 more. You rock!
