6th day of being sober ,woke up very hopeful and seeing a bright future if I make it through and so afraid at the same time that I might just give up to my demons like always ,but I know deep in my heart that I won't this time.I keep reminding myself to take it one day at a time , make it through today and go to bed sober .

Try pgs 416-419 out the big book when you’re feeling low. They help me a lot.
