6 month and 4 days sober still getting my mental health and life together.
It's not sad I'm actually excited that I can fully focus on getting it all together.
That's awesome Michelle! What would you say is the main benefit, health/emotion-wise, to sobriety?
The main benefit of sobriety is my family and my daughter trust. Mental benefit I'm still trying to figure out.
