414 days clean and sober. I'm up. Had crack dream and now in having cravings. Someone walk .d through this. Is there anybody out there?

It was only a dream recognizing it for what it is gives you power over it
Journaling and/or talking to my sponsor helps me to compartmentize it so it's not all stuck in my head.
