32 days sober and enlisted in a IOP program. Any advice?

Yes stick with it go to some meetings like celebrate Recovery join a church change your lifestyle like people that don’t help you stay sober put them in the past it’s about you now

Congrats Katie. Make the best of it. On those days you don't want to follow the program follow it anyway. Take responsibility. Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand.
Stay strong and embrace your sobriety and just be present in the moment and reach out for help when you need it.. welcome
