17 days sober and felt like I had rabies last night. Laid in my bed with my skin ITCHING hardcore (stomach and arms) for a good hour. Is this normal? If it is, how do you deal with the itchy phase? I feel like I am going crazy
Yep, it's normal. Withdrawals have some wild symptoms. Be attentive to what your body's going through and be sure to keep your MD posted.
A whole host of symptoms come and go for about 30 days depending on your level of dependence. If at any point your heart is racing or you start seeing or hearing things immediately check yourself into an ER.

Also start taking a multivitamin. You are likely low on essential nutrients.
