It's one day before my spiritual Ascension Day and I couldn't be more grateful. Also left my ex who was addicted and also a narcissist. I know it's not going to be easy to break the trauma bond, but I have support from all sides. Much love. :100:

Good job making it to 14 days. Stay strong, put effort and energy into being clean. And be honest with yourself about the negatives of using. You can do this.

Getting off crystal has been one of the hardest things - but it is the right thing for us to live a full life with experiences - happy for you . Wish you the best
