133 days sober today! The longest amount of sobriety I’ve had. Ever. Before I got to 30ish days last year. Before that, I had gone at least five years drinking daily and blacking out. I found a supportive community, and that guided me to outpatient treatment. I joined this group today to add another tool to my toolbox. Love it!
