1 week down and with the help of AA meetings and this app it’s been a breeze. One day at a time one week at a time. On my way to one year at a time.

Hello Evan!!!! Congratulations on your one week. You’re right one day at a time or even one hour at a time. Don’t look too far into the future because nine chances out of 10 it doesn’t work. So just keep going to meetings and talking on the app and you’ll be fine. But you need to slow down a little bit because if you don’t you might slip. I’m just saying
