Personally I need to do this one day at time. which for me means don't drink for today Don't overthink just for today present moment stay in the now

That's good. How would you be present today? Does this only pertain to your sobriety? What about workplace or family issues, for example?

Present moment in the NOW
Thereβs a book called βLiving in the Nowβ that goes in depth into this topic. But to me this really only applies to sobriety. When it comes to family and work I tend to think and prepare long term.
