Loneliness is a very nasty customer
Go to meetings and get numbers of AA's and you will have contacts. Also, you can call the closest central office or 24 hour hotline. Is is highly recommended men get the numbers of men and women get the numbers of women.
The big reason being that many people think a relationship is a solution to their problem and trust me it is not. Been there and done that many times.
